Madcap has had the honor of being Juan Angel’s primary buyer since 2014. With a small team, mainly family, picking ripe cherries on his 8 acre plot of land, Juan's coffee offers consistency every year. Surrounded by some of the most revered coffee farms in Santa Bárbara, Juan stands tall amongst neighboring farms much in the way that his farm towers over Santa Bárbara and Lago Yojoa. Principally composed of a field blend including Pacas and Bourbon, his lots offer balance, sweetness, and clarity. Expect tasting notes of milk chocolate, honeycrisp apple, and clementine.
