This selection highlights Yellow Pacamara from a single parcel: the Roma tablón at Finca Nejapa in Apaneca, El Salvador.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGrown at 1,550 meters above sea level, this naturally processed lot went straight to drying after harvest, drying for 20–25 days with no additional fermentation step. The family began offering natural lots for export in 2023, expanding the range of coffees we could explore from their farms.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSelected for Best of 2026, this coffee stood out for its clean expression of the natural process, which brings forward the Yellow Pacamara variety’s complex fruit flavors and sweetness.
