Madcap Coffee handles each return on a case-by-case basis with the goal of customer satisfaction. We stand behind our coffee and we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.


  • COFFEE: Due to coffee’s perishable nature, we are unable to accept returns on any whole bean coffee products. However, we want our customers to be happy with their coffee selection. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Support Team at info@madcapcoffee.com to share your feedback. Please be sure to contact us within 15 days of your order date for any problems or dissatisfaction with your coffee.


  • APPAREL: We want all Madcap apparel to fit well and bring confidence to our customers. For all returns and exchanges, please reach out to us at info@madcapcoffee.com within 30 days of your order date. All returned Madcap apparel and merchandise must be unused and with all packing contents. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the return by Madcap Coffee.


  • BREW GEAR: Madcap Coffee stands by our selection of third-party vendors and suppliers. For all returns and exchanges, please be sure to contact us at info@madcapcoffee.com within 30 days of your order date. All returned brewing gear must be unused and with all packaging contents. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of your returned item(s). For any issues or problems with brewing gear after the first 30 days of purchase, please contact the manufacturer directly.
